objective

After supporting the opening of a support department named Application Service Center (ASC), we actively designed a targeted talent acquisition campaign. Our goal was to attract top talent to bolster ICRC's global mission of safeguarding the lives and dignity of victims of armed violence.

In close collaboration with ICRC's HQ members, we crafted a multi-series campaign to address the pressing need for resources in several technical departments: Collaboration, Data, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Web/Apps, and Project Management.

  • Running internal workshops to define target locations, functions and messaging​

  • Setting geographic and skill targeting for all 26 open positions

  • Creating visuals and variants depending on target function​

  • Liaising with ICRC marketing department to assure our promotion was on brand ​

  • Orchestrating multiple highly targeted paid campaigns via LinkedIn Campaign Manager​

  • Optimizing & reallocating available resources on changing priorities

business impact

Beyond succeeding the goal of sourcing top talent to fill all 28 roles within 3 months, this was a successful activity to bolster a long-term partnership with our client.
